PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), through its subsidiary PT Merdeka Mining Servis, has secured service agreements worth a total of around IDR 2.9 trillion to support the development of the Pani Gold Mine in Gorontalo.
The agreements were signed on Sept. 30, 2026, with three MDKA subsidiaries: PT Pani Industri Nusantara, PT Mentari Alam Persada, and PT Pani Bersama Tambang.
Under the agreements, Merdeka Mining Servis will provide construction services for the development of the Pani Gold Mine over a two-year period.
All agreements took effect on September 30, 2026, and will remain in force for two years. Upon expiration, they may be automatically extended for an additional two-year period.
