You can register online through the Indonesia Miner website – Registration page. Select your preferred pass type, complete the registration form, and follow the payment or approval process.
Yes. Multiple delegates from the same company can be registered at the same time. Simply provide the required details for each attendee and complete the registration process in one go.
Yes, you are welcome to register and purchase a Delegate Pass for another person. Please ensure the attendee’s details and email address are provided correctly, as the confirmation email, Delegate Pass, and event communications will be sent directly to the registered person.
Once the registration process has been successfully completed, the e-ticket will be sent to the registered email address.
Yes, additional delegates are welcome to join Indonesia Miner 2027. During the event days, Delegate Passes can be purchased either online at Indonesia Miner website or on-site at the registration area.
Payment
Payments can be made through our online payment system using a range of methods, including credit and debit cards, virtual accounts, and bank transfers. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country, bank, or payment provider.
Please note that cards without a supported network logo, such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express, as well as certain local or unsupported cards, may not be supported by the payment system.
Yes. The invoice will be sent to the registered email address. Once the payment has been successfully completed, a payment verification document will also be provided for your records.
All published ticket prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT will be added during the payment process and shown on your invoice.
To secure the special offer available for ticket purchases, we recommend completing your registration online. However, if you require a manual invoice, please contact our Delegate Team at info@indonesiaminer.com
Pass Policy
Of course. You are welcome to attend on the day that best suits your schedule. Your Delegate Pass is valid for all three days of the event, so you may choose to attend one day or make the most of the full event experience across all three days. Please note that your registration package and applicable fees will remain unchanged.
All Passes are assigned specifically to the registered delegate and cannot be shared or used by another person. If you are unable to attend, our team will be happy to assist with the available substitution process.
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend Indonesia Miner 2027, please inform our Delegate Team at least 14 days before the event. You may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate at no additional cost by providing the replacement delegate’s details within the required timeframe. Please note that paid registrations are non-refundable.
Event Update & Information
All conference sessions will be conducted in English.
A full conference agenda will be published on the official Indonesia Miner website seven (7) days before the event. In the lead-up to Indonesia Miner 2027, speaker announcements, session highlights, and programme updates will be shared through our official website and social media channels.
