Qualifications & Criteria

To qualify for participation, mining companies must meet the following criteria:

Valid mining or exploration licenses and related permit (i.e. forestry permit);

Exploration report, signed by a competent person of KCMI or JORC, containing relevant maps and cross sections required by the investors to review;

Mineral Resources and, if available, Ore Reserve reports, signed by a competent person of KCMI or JORC.

Government Feasibility Study (Studi Kelayakan ESDM), if available.
